2015-16 Transportation Accommodation Requests

The Transportation Department has made phone calls to the parents of our bus riders to invite them to submit Requests for Transportation Accommodation for the 2015-16 school year. Those who submit their requests by April 24, 2015 will be considered in initial school bus routing, a process that will begin later that month.  Requests must be submitted each school year so transportation planners can accurately assess available seat space for new eligible riders and new space available transportation requests.

Transportation will approve requests to the maximum extent possible, but all should bear in mind that as it is space available seating, absolute first priority goes to students who are naturally eligible for those bus seats. In some instances where bus (and school) rosters can be unstable, Transportation will need to wait to approve requests until they know how the rosters actually look.
